Store Policies
All purchases are subjected to the following terms.
Shipping times are not the same as processing times. Some items like bleached and hand dyed shirts can take up to 12-14 days to process before shipping especially if it is a custom order and something I don't typically keep on hand.

TAT is 15-31 business days unless stated otherwise. This does NOT include weekends, holidays or owners personal time off, which is all always communicated in our VIP group. Ready to ship items are typically ready for pick-up/ shipping within 1-3 business days.

No exchanges, returns or refunds on any of our items. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once you are passed the 7 days there is nothing we will be able to do.

We do not cancel orders, so please be sure its something you really want before purchasing. If you need something by a certain date, please reach out to us at crmdesignsllc@gmail.com BEFORE placing your order to see if it is something we can do.

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving item(s).

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Please join our VIP group on facebook for TAT and order updates. If there is ever an order delay, it will be found in our group. We do our best to keep our customers informed as much as we can.
